the art that has been produced in the area over the centuries which is now displayed in a museum.

In the city the Shipwreck Treasure Museum is a must see for those who want to learn how the inhabitants of

Key West relied on salvaging ship wrecks and then selling the objects collected. Within this museum you can

visit a replica warehouse that was used to store goods from ships in the 19th century and even discover details

about the "Isaac Allerton" which was one of the richest wrecks in the history of the city.

No tour of Key West attractions is complete without a visit to the Ernest Hemingway Museum which was once

the home of the writer. Here you will discover how the laid back lifestyle of the city was a magnet for writers

and still continues to attract them and artists to the area. Then as you pass through the museum you will be able

to check out a salt water pool built by the writer and also see some of the six toed cats who are descendants of

felines owned by the writer.

Key West attractions also include some that are blessed with nature’s bounty, and can head over to Dry

Tortugas National Park if you want to check out turtles or indulge in some snorkeling. With Key West
